All FSS employees go thru a pre-employment background check and drug testing. In addition, employees are LiveScan fingerprinted and extensive background checks are conducted by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and the DOJ.
All of our installers and technicians receive hands on- on the job training, as well as ongoing classroom training with the manufacturers we work closely with.
